Employee Spotlight: Bailey 🐶

Not only are we happy to let you know that we’re back in our stunning Northern Quarter office! BUT we’ve included a brand new team member… our office dog, Bailey the Beagle.

Here is our latest (and best) Employee Spotlight with our office dog, Bailey!

Tell us about your role at dmt.

I’m the Chief Exec. Pawfficer/Office Dog, so naturally I’m very busy and in a lot of meetings. I do find time to make it to the office once or twice a week.

What attracted you to the company?

Belly rubs were a big part of my contract.

Tell us something special you bring to the role.

As the only canine member of the team, I feel I offer a very specific point of view – mostly of under the tables. But sometimes I manage to climb on top when my personal assistant, Josh, isn’t looking.

What kind of challenges do you face in your role?

Wearing a lead at lunchtime can be quite challenging. I’m a real go-getter, so when there’s a goal in front of me I just need to get up and grab it. Especially when the goal is snossages.

What has been the best experience of your new role so far?

I was sick on Regan’s new trainers, he didn’t seem best pleased but I see it as a really positive bonding experience.

If you were a social media platform, what would you be and why?

I love Instagram, sometimes on my lunch break it’s good to have a paws and see what the other doggo influencers are up to.

Where is the best hangout place in Northern Quarter?

Right underneath Ben’s desk, he’s always got food.

What advice would you give to other dogs who want to work for dmt?

It isn’t an easy life being a working dog, but it’s very rewarding. Mostly in treats.
